Great service, I made a mistake on the delivery date when I placed my order on line. One two minute phone call corrected my mistake and the delivery was made as I wanted. The floral arrangement was as beautiful expected and delivered on time. I will be using Glenda's again..

My BFF lost her lifelong four legged friend and the arrangement I selected was perfect and stunning! They swapped out a color of carnations for me no problem and they arrived first thing the next day! If I ever need flowers in Holland again, THESE GUYS!

I can't say enough good things here. In addition to delivering the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement of flowers to a co-worker, they went out of their way to correct an error I made by accidently providing them with an incorrect address. They called, we corrected the error and they still made the delivery the same day!! Did I mention they went outside their normal delivery area to do this?? I would highly recommend Glenda's to anyone needing a florist in this area. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

Saw Holiday Arrangement on line then my sister sent a photo of what was delivered - disappointed with the substitutions - all greens, no red berries or lighter greens like photo of what I ordered. Sorry but a bit disappointed in the substitutions - looked cheaper than what I paid for.

The centerpiece I ordered arrived promptly and was very pretty - for the most part. Unfortunately, the roses included were already wilting and didn’t make it beyond thanksgiving. Very disappointing.

Mom's birthday flowers put a huge smile on my mom's face, they were absolutely beautiful! Staff was kind, helpful, and professional. Delivery was on time. One critique is that I put in the "special notes" for the driver to wish my mom a happy birthday, which didn't happen....but that's small compared to how awesome the service was! I would recommend Glenda's to anyone, and I will surely be using their services again!
